Confesso que ADOREI!!!! 3 dias de concertos incríveis sempre com uma onda fantástica no ar.
O primeiro dia foi brutal com Green Day a dar um concertão cheio de energia e com imenso contacto com o publico!! Two Door Cinema Club superou as minhas expectativas, Steve Aoki foi a loucura e ainda consegui ver um bocadinho de Vampire Weekend que também foi muito bom!
O segundo dia misturou jovens e graudos: Depeche Mode foram os cabeça de cartaz e não podia ter corrido melhor! Cheguei a tempo de assistir ao concerto super animado dos Jurassic 5 e daí passámos para Editors que é uma banda que andava há anos para ver...AMEI! Infelizmente estava morta e não consegui aguentar até às 3h para ver Crystal Castles...
Terceiro dia: Conhecia poucas musicas da banda Of monsters and men e dos Django Django, mas sai de lá a adora-los. Ouvi um pouco de Jake Bugg que também conhecia pouco e surpreendeu pela positiva. Phoenix foi para mim uma das melhores actuações da noite com imensa interacção e vigor. Seguiram-se os Kings of Leon que infelizmente ficaram ali no meio para mim - Adoro esta banda e já há quase dez anos que queria ter ido a um concerto deles, desde que deram no Rock in Rio. O concerto foi giro mas demasiado curto e com um alinhamento bom mas onde faltaram alguns clássicos...Faltou no entanto interacçao com o publico e houve muitas frases feitas e tipicas de quem quer ser simpático com a audiência - grande falha mas acho que já estava preparada para isso já que já tinha visto alguns concertos deles na televisão. Muitos acham que foram a desilusão da noite mas não concordo..não foram fantásticos mas também não foram terríveis.
Infelizmente ficaram muitos grupos fantásticos por ver, mas não dá para estar em todos os palcos ao mesmo tempo...

I confess that I LOVED IT!! Three days of amazing concerts always with a fantastic vibe in the air.
The first day was brutal with Green Day giving a concert full of energy and with great contact with the audience! Two Door Cinema Club exceeded my expectations, Steve Aoki was crazy and I could still see a bit of Vampire Weekend which was also very good!
The second day mixed young and old: Depeche Mode were the headliner and could not have gone better! I arrived in time to attend the concert super enthusiast of Jurassic 5 and then we moved on to Editors which is a band that rode for years to see ... LOVED IT! Unfortunately I was dead and could not stand till 3am to see Crystal Castles ...
Third day: I knew a few songs from the band Of Monsters and Men and Django Django but left there loving them. I heard a bit of Jake Bugg - also knew just a little bit - and was surprisingly positive. Phoenix was for me one of the best performances of the night interacting with the audience with extreme force. This was followed by Kings of Leon who unfortunately were there in the middle for me - I love this band and I've been Trying to go to a show for almost ten years, since they came to Rock in Rio. The concert was spinning but was too short and with a good alignment but lacked some of the classics... There was no interaction with the public and there were many typical phrases of those who want to be friendly with the audience - big flaw but I think that I was already prepared for this since had seen a few concerts of them on television. Many think that was the disappointment of the night but I disagree .. they were not fantastic but they weren't terrible.
Unfortunately there were many fantastic groups that I wasn't able to see, but I can't be at every stage at the same time ...
